Phoebe was trying to trick Papa into letting her bring all of her pacis out of her room (which she is definitely not allowed to do, and she knows it). But then she was content to show Papa how her dollhouse works, and to play with her cool new race car set- she was especially excited about the flags for some reason, and she really liked it when Papa would open the gate and let the race car drivers fly off the track!
