Phoebe's Dancey Dance

Ah, Yo Gabba Gabba has finally taught Phoebe a new trick- her very own Dancey Dance!! The best parts are where she slaps her own wrist and when she falls down after drunkenly staggering from the dizziness! :)

Sunday, a Sad Sunday

As you can see from the top couple photos here, Phoebe had a rough Sunday...the pool was NOT the hit we thought it would be...we'll try again next week...

Grandpa and Grandma Derringer bought Phoebe a PowerWheels ATV- watch out! It was SOOO hilarious to watch her try it- first she was just scared when she pushed the button and the thing took off, then she got a little bit brave and sat on it and took off, but then she ran over her own foot, which she did not like- the whole thing was too funny!!

Saturday, After the Meltdown and Recovery Nap

After Saturday's "theatrics" at Olive Garden, and the lengthy nap that it took to bring normal Phoebe back, everyone had a great time playing in the backyard!!

Rowdy Girl on the Playset

Here's Phoebe doing her best impression of a crazy maniac- which she loves to do on her awesome playset!! :) She gets all ramped up when she climbs onto the platform, and screams and squeals and jumps around- it's too funny!

Slide Fun

Here's Phoebe playing on her playset from Granpa and Grammy Dunlap! She's still working on figuring out how to do the slide, but she sure is excited when she gets to the bottom!

Here are a few random photos from the last couple weeks- there's been a lot of teething going on around here again, so Phoebe hasn't been super photogenic...and since Joey just sleeps all the time, there hasn't been a lot of picture taking going on. There's Phoebe in her jammies, cheesin' for the camera, eating snacks in her DJ Lance Yo Gabba Gabba hat, perfecting her climbing abilities, and playing with Grampa at Fort La-Play-Porte.

Gamblin' Fools

Here's Grampa, teaching Phoebe how to gamble on Great-grandpa Boklund's slot machine. Phoebe was having so much fun pulling the lever, watching the bars change, "winning big"...but then she had TOO much fun, and tried to eat her winnings! Good thing Mommy had the cat-like reflexes on that one! :)

Children's Museum Again

We met Matt downtown last Thursday night to go to the Children's Museum again. Phoebe had lots of fun in the Dinosphere again- she got all excited when we got to the nests that she could play in- she was like, "Oh, I remember this- get me out of the stroller- I've got to get me some dinosaur eggs!!" She also enjoyed the dino play table...well, ok, she really just enjoyed picking up this one particular dinosaur toy and trying to make a break for it- she was hugging it, and loving it, and wouldn't put it down- and then she took off running with it! She had quite the little fit when we had to put it back and move on... :)

Superphebes!!

Here she is- the original Superphebes! With her new Superman outfit and DJ Lance glasses, she can do anything!!

Grampa and Grammy Come to Visit!!

Here are some shots from our fun weekend with Grampa and Grammy!! Grampa found the perfect dress up outfit for Phoebe: a Superman Costume! She tore all around the house in it- and added her DJ Lance glasses later for some added fun!! :) They also got her all kinds of goodies at Toys R Us, including some Yo Gabba Gabba toys and this AWESOME playhouse!! She has had the best time trying to go up the slide backwards, opening and closing the door, and peeking through the sides- thanks Grampa and Grammy!!

Random May Photos

Here are a few pictures from the last week or so- Phoebe "petting" her baby brother, sleeping under the covers, peeking out of her tent, sporting a new "hat," and devouring a blueberry muffin. Phoebe has had a rough time this week, with more molars coming in, and she has not been sleeping well AT ALL...so between that and Joey deciding he needs to eat every two hours on the dot, mommy has not been getting much sleep either...
