Here we are, wrapping up our visit at the Children's Museum with Cortnie and her son Baylor, and Abby and her daughter Rylee. The kids were winding down, and we all had a blast! Until next time!!
Since we were with a group today (so I had someone else around to help chase the kids) Phoebe got to play at the water table! She LOVES water, so this was a special treat!
Phoebe got to be all girly in the Barbie exhibit at the Children's Museum! She got to play brushing hair, playing dress up, arranging the Barbie make up puzzle, walk the runway, and, of course, play with Barbies!
Phoebe had an awesome time at Mamaw's Memorial Day cookout, as you can see! I think her favorite part was the badminton...all the big kids were very sweet and patient with her as she ran all over through their game, collecting and retrieving birdies, and acting like a goofball! :)
Hanging out with Mamaw on the steps, playing with Great-grandma Hammond by the pool, and begging the big girls to put flowers in her hair during badminton...yeah, I'd say Phoebe was having a good time!
We headed down to the park up the road from Mamaw's house to check out the old train. Phoebe was sufficiently impressed...Joey was just hot, so we didn't spend a lot of time there, but it was fun!
Phoebe's starting to interact with her toys quite a bit more- Froggy is one of her favorites right now. He rattles, he's friendly-looking, he's good to chew on, he masquerades as a turtle- what more could you ask for in a cuddly companion?
